Description

This diet is designed for mouse breeding and is therefore characterized by high protein and energy content. The diet contains no soybeans or alfalfa resulting in very low concentrations (trace amounts) of the phytoestrogens genistein, daidzein and coumestrol, making this diet suitable for studies on the effects of estrogens and similar substances (endogenous disruptors).

The diet is intended for ad libitum feeding. The animals must have free access to fresh water.
