Description
The insulation system for poultry is a mobile insulation system with a rigid body and positive or negative pressure, specially designed for housing poultry species. The design allows birds to be housed without cages on floor slats or housed directly on the floor using wood chips or a suitable absorbent bedding material. When operating with positive pressure, the isolator can be used to create a sterile environment suitable for housing and keeping SPF or germ-free birds. If the isolator operates at negative pressure, it can be used to maintain an ACDP Category 3/SAPO 4 biohazard contained environment suitable for housing infected birds with Category 3 pathogens.
